WHO WE ARE ?

With more than 20 years dedicated to offer custom design glass bottles & jars manufactured of CLEAR FLINT & SUPER FLINT.

REAL FLINT GLASS LTD-

A factory manufacturing glass bottles and jars. Our bottles are suitable for olive oil, water, soft drinks and hard drinks, whereas our jars can be used for foods, spices etc.

The factory, apart from dealing with common items, is specialized in creating bottles and jars in specific shapes. Starting from the original idea for a new item, we proceed with designing and manufacturing moulds and all the necessary equipment for production. For us every new item is a challenge, our slogan is that sky is the limit.

Due to our flexibility we are able to produce bottles and jars with capacity from 50 ml to 5.000 ml, in quantities from 6,000 pieces and more, in clear flint glass and super flint glass.

We can also offer decoration services for our bottles, such as Embossing, Spray Painting, Silk Screen Printing, Acid Etch Frosting, and Multi Color Decaling, which can bring added value to your unique product.

Finally, in order to provide full service to our customers, we are in the position to offer all necessary accessories (such as caps) for our glass products.

Let me introduce how to schedule from initial drawing, moulds building, bottles sampling, and mass production, container loading, booking shipping, and ocean shipment, as well as deliver to The US. facility.

Schedule is about 11 weeks total:

1 day to make the bottle drawing
3 weeks to make the unit mold and sample the bottle
2 weeks to make production molds and schedule production
2 weeks for production
4 weeks to ocean ship to the USA

PACKAGING: Bottles are packed into corrugated master cartons with internal dividers, palletized, strapped, and stretch wrapped

DETAILS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS:

The following activities occur:
1- Provide the quantity, bottle shape, capacity, neck finish and decoration details, as well as your own engineering drawing
2- We quote a price based on FOB China port ( you arrange the ocean shipment and destination transportation inside the USA ), or DDU ( we are responsible for making the 20ft & 40ft container available to you at destination place, you're supposed to the responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination. )
3- Once the price quote is acceptable, issue a PO ( Samples PO in advance )
4- We make the engineering drawing for your approval / you provide own engineering drawing that need correspond to our Fully Automatic machine & Semi-automatic machine.
5- When the drawing is approved, we can make the molds and sample the bottles
6- When you approve the bottle samples, and issue us a PO for mass goods, then we schedule production.
7- We insist with 100% QC inspection before anything shipping out.

Generally, our MOQ for new design glass is at least 20,000-30,000 pcs,

Sending us bottle samples, making your very own custom bottle, allows you to differentiate your product/brand on shelf, enabling a unique design, shape and the ability to emboss your company name, logo or design into glass bottle.

1, Custom design super flint glass quality bottle production,

There are two different types of high quality glass

1), Flint clear glass, usually used for Mild-Premium Brands,

2), Super flint extra clear glass, used for the production of bottles for ultra Premium brands with retail price over 30 USD per bottle. Super flint glass bottles give an ultra look to your product and make it stand out on the shelf.

2, Concept design development by professional designers,

IN Real Flint Glass, we have an in-house team of professional glass packaging industrial designers, specializing in bottle and brand design from scratch, CAD, STL, IGS or IGES. Many American clients used the services of our designers to create their unique brand and successfully presented their products to the US market.

3, Only 7 weeks from concept design to bottle mass production,

Due to our flexibility and speed of operations we manage to do the same work in much short period of time, which save our clients a great deal of time and money.

4, Price of sample and mass production private mold only 1800 USD.

Due to lower labor costs and flexible production, here in China we set the record minimum price at 1800 USD two mold sets. Our molds can produce millions of bottles and whenever they wear out, we replace the mold with new one free of charge.

5, Minimum order quantity for for custom design bottles only 10,000 bottles.

Real Flint Glass sets lowest MOQ requirement for exclusive bottles, only 10,000 bottles for per run. That gives a great opportunity for the start ups and new projects to make a test run in the alcohol markets.
